Asus Eee Pad Transformer sebelumnya sudah menyediakan update sistem operasi Android 3.1 (Honeycomb), dan kini secara resmi sudah menyediakan update ke sistem operasi Android 3.2 yang menjadi tablet pertama di pasaran yang sudah menyediakan update Android 3.2 FOTA (Firmware Over The Air). Asus Eee Pad menyediakan pilihan opsional docking station yang menyediakan keyboard QWERTY sekaligus function key Android yang unik. Eee Pad Transformer juga sudah dilengkapi dengan Polaris Office 3.0, yakni Mobile Office Solution profesional yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengedit berbagai jenis dokumen office. Mulai dari file dokumen (.doc), spreadsheet (.xls), dan presentasi (.ppt). Pada update Android 3.2 ini, Eee Pad Transformer menambah fungsi Compatibility Zoom, yang dapat menyesuaikan resolusi aplikasi untuk ditampilkan dengan resolusi native pada layar Eee Pad Transformer (1280x800 pixel). Update Android 3.2 juga memungkinkan penggunaan touchpad pada Eee Docking untuk Eee Pad Transformer dengan lebih nyaman. Dukungan multi-gesture-nya pun menjadikan  touchpad memiliki kemampuan menerima perintah dengan gesture yang sama seperti saat langsung menyentuh layar.
